New Rochelle City Council must re-vote five resolutions, including faulty zoning criteria

NEW ROCHELLE, NY (June 4, 2024) — The Minutes for the May 21, 2024, meeting of the New Rochelle City Council, published on Friday, May 24, make no mention of why the audio and video feed of the meeting was cut then restored about two minutes later or even that it happened.

After the live television broadcast resumed, Mayor Yadira Ramos-Herbert convened a brand new, un-noticed (illegal) meeting of the City Council which then purported to act on five resolutions, all of which must now be re-voted due to her blithering incompetence.
