Another Defective Sustainable Westchester Contract: Town of Mamaroneck

Nancy Seligson was Supervisor of the Town of Mamaroneck from 2012 to 2022 and a Board Member of Sustainable Westchester from 2014 to 2022.

DUBLIN, IRELAND (July 8, 2024) — I am adding another municipality to my list of defective Sustainable Westchester contracts: the Town of Mamaroneck.

As readers now well know, key personnel of Sustainable Westchester habitually failed to follow New York State General Municipal Law and New York State Public Officers Law by failing to disclose their interest in Sustainable Westchester and public meetings. They failed to state they were recusing themselves, give the reason (conflict of interest), leave the room and not vote on motions benefiting Sustainable Westchester.

Nancy Seligson was the Supervisor of the Town of Mamaroneck from January 1, 2012, to December 31, 2022.

New Developments in Criminal Referral of New Rochelle Police Lieutenant

DUBLIN, IRELAND (September 15, 2024) — I have obtained additional records from Lt. Sean Kane’s disciplinary file from the New Rochelle Police Department. The records indicate a previously unreported disciplinary action against Kane last year.
