Paperwork was not sent to the County Jail by the New Rochelle Court. When I called on 12/22/20 to find out why he was still in County Jail, the clerk said there was a paperwork snafu that was being rectified that day and that he had charges pending in White Plains which have been added below. He was sent to Westchester County Jail on 10/22/20 to be given a psychological evaluation. Warrant Issued for Failure to Appear. Arrested by NRPD.
WHY: I have been reporting on this guy for over 10 years. He is a horrible pain in the neck who can be threatening and finally allegedly went too far. This case is going to be part of a TV show in January.
