Driver on Night Alex McKenna Shot and Killed Kamal Flowers in New Rochelle City Court
WHY: I am tracking this case because Isa Muhammad was the driver of the car the night Kamal Flowers was shot and killed by New Rochelle Police Office Alec McKenna and he was arrested by New Rochelle Police Department three day before he was due to testify before the Westchester County Grand Jury which was deciding whether to indict McKenna on a murder charge in the case. The Grand Jury returned a True Bill (no charges against McKenna).
