New Rochelle Board of Education: Criminal Enterprise Masquerading as an Educational Institution – Part XXVI
DUBLIN, IRELAND (January 19, 2025) — The District has been illegally stonewalling my access to public records over the past several months to prevent the public from learning more about the millions of dollars in waste, fraud, and abuse involving an expensive private school in Northern Westchester.
In early October, as I began publishing a 4-Part Series on corruption by New Rochelle Board of Education involving Shrub Oak:
$3,328,452.60 was spent by CSDNR in violation of New York State law and in defiance of explicit directives to cease and desist from senior state education officials.
