NEW ROCHELLE, NY (April 28, 2025) — I have filed multiple ethics complaints with the New Rochelle Board of Ethics, targeting city officials for alleged violations of the city’s ethics code and charter. It is my belief that I have filed more such complaints (9) than anyone in the history of New Rochelle. I am about to make it 12.

My ethics complaints have primarily focused on conflicts of interest, improper influence, and lack of transparency among New Rochelle officials. The complaints against Bramson and Kaye were sustained, leading to significant actions like contract nullification, while others were dismissed or unresolved due to jurisdictional claims or resignations. My persistence highlights ongoing tensions with city officials, particularly over FOIL access and ethical governance, with some dismissals raising questions about the Board’s consistency in handling his filings.
