Project Veritas Report in 2023 First Exposed Plan to House 100s of Migrants at College of New Rochelle

DUBLIN, IRELAND (August 27, 2024) — It was only after I published a story on a Federal investigation into extortion allegations by a New Rochelle municipal official that I read a media report from a year earlier on a plan to house hundreds of migrants on the old College of New Rochelle campus.

My focus has been more on the City of New Rochelle facing a DOJ complaint alleging extortion than what I have since learned is a Congressional investigation into no-bid contracts doled out by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in the early days of the Biden administration.
