Q&A with Darius Chafizadeh​​​ of Harris Beech, Counsel to the New Rochelle Board of Ethics

DUBLIN, IRELAND (June 2, 2024) — A few weeks ago, I had an email Q&A with Darius Chafizadeh​​​, Partner, Harris Beech PLLC about his role as outside counsel for the New Rochelle Board of Ethics.

I am still struggling to understand how the same attorney who wrote the legally unsound, political document posing as a decision by the New Rochelle Board of Ethics in response to my ethics complaint against Mayor Yadira Ramos-Herbert could also produce the well-reasoned, throughly researched legal opinion provided to the City of New Rochelle which concurred with a New Rochelle Board of Ethics advisory opinion dated December 31, 2023.
