Court cases can drag on for years. Sometimes there is news from a court appearance that does not warrant a new article but may be of interest to readers following a particular case. We keep a paper notebook open on all these cases. We organize the list by next appearance date so we know when to be in court. Readers ask questions from time to time so we decided to periodically publish our notes on the cases we follow.

Our notebook contains personal observations and notations and are not indications of guilt. Persons accused of crimes are presumed innocent until a court determines otherwise.
