DUBLIN, IRELAND (October 23, 2024) — Over the past five months, I have been asking questions of New Rochelle officials and councilmembers in the hope that they might deliver on their supposed concern that they and Sustainable Westchester have not done enough to engage with the community and, in particular, how to opt-out. Here is another email exchange, this one with Martha Lopez on using the Reverse 911 system to inform residents about the Sustainable Westchester opt-out period which ended on Sunday, October 20.
