DUBLIN, IRELAND (October 25, 2024) — After months of questioning why the City of New Rochelle had not done any community engagement (let alone “robust” community engagement) on the 2024-25 Sustainable Westchester contract, including how to opt-out of Westchester Power, the City finally ran an ad on their home page, just nine days before the opt-out deadline of October 20.
