DUBLIN, IRELAND (October 24, 2024) — For more than a year I have documented the decade of fraud and deception by Sustainable Westchester. What has gone on in New Rochelle since June provides yet another example of their duplicity, aided by government officials and councilmembers.

A month before the end of the opt-out period — as the Rye/Westchester Power mailer were in the mail — the City of Rye began a detailed campaign to educate residents on their options with the 2024-25 contract.
