DUBLIN, IRELAND (October 29, 2024) — A major part of the fundamental change to the City of New Rochelle government which occurred on March 25, 2024, was an assertion of illegal, strong-Mayor form of executive action.

Yadira Ramos-Herbert hired a law firm on behalf of the City of New Rochelle, which she had no authority to do under the City Charter. Yadira was later aided and abetted in this silent coup by Dawn Warren.

This was the turning point, the moment the City of New Rochelle began to unravel and descend into lawlessness. When your lawyer cannot tell right from wrong you know are in trouble. So, here we go down the rabbit hole chasing Yadira and Dawn.
