DUBLIN, IRELAND (December 16, 2024) — For a person with such a short tenure — 16 days since he officially got rid of the “Acting” in his job title on December 1 — Will Melendez is well on his way to becoming the most corrupt City Manager in the history of New Rochelle. In all fairness to his predecessors, Melendez had an 8-month running head start as Acting City Manager, and was appointed by both the dumbest and most corrupt combination of Mayor and Councilmembers in living memory.

Here is another example of their (I include Dawn Warren in this) ham-handed efforts to obstruct my efforts to expose the ongoing corruption at City Hall — blocking yet another public records request.
