DUBLIN, IRELAND (December 17, 2024) — As I am making increasingly clear in this series, the more questions I ask of City Hall, the fewer answers I get. It has become a theme. As they are typically either combative or non-responsive (and now funding an open-ended, personal investigation of me with an unlimited budget and threatening litigation) my only effective means of asking questions is by making FOIL requests and, as readers have seen, even those are slow-walked, ignored or manipulated. To be clear, these actions are crimes, potential counts in a criminal indictment.

The volume of available public records have declined as Councilmembers are going to unusual lengths to avoid creating a paper trail so I need to explain that.
