Why Does New Rochelle Hide its Westchester Power Program from its Residents?

DUBLIN, IRELAND (September 10, 2024) — Former Westchester County Legislator Damon Maher recently asked about the new Sustainable Westchester / Westchester Power contract in his comment on my story about their presentation at the June 11 COW meeting of the New Rochelle City Council.

While I have no doubt Damon was accurate (he was) I went looking for the formal announcement from New Rochelle, so I could publish it on my site and social media.

I could not find it.

New Developments in Criminal Referral of New Rochelle Police Lieutenant

DUBLIN, IRELAND (September 15, 2024) — I have obtained additional records from Lt. Sean Kane’s disciplinary file from the New Rochelle Police Department. The records indicate a previously unreported disciplinary action against Kane last year.
